We’ve made it quite easy to cancel right from within the mobile apps and on our website. The cancelation process is the same for both paid and trial accounts. If you have signed up for our service via Amazon or iTunes, please scroll down to see more information on how to cancel your subscription.
For all members who signed up with a credit card or paypal account, here’s how to cancel your subscription:
On the web:
Sign into the music player
Once you are logged into your account, click on the 3 parallel lines to access a drop down menu
Click "My Account"
Follow prompts to edit/cancel your plan
If you are having sign in troubles, please reset your password here
Please note, canceling your account (even within 30 days) does not automatically trigger a refund. If you would like a refund, please submit this request here to our Focus Support Team here.
