How do I obtain a refund?

All paid subscriptions to Focus@Will come with a 30-day money back guarantee if the account is paid for using Paypal or Credit Card. 

To invoke our guarantee, the member needs to cancel their account via the "Edit my Account" tool within the 30 day time period. Then put in a support ticket indicating that they would like a refund.  The refund will not be automatically issued without the Customer contacting Focus@Will Support. 

Step 1

Check to make sure that you are an annual member and have paid with either Paypal or Credit Card.

Step 2

Cancel your Pro Membership

Step 3

Put in a ticket here on the support center that you are asking for a refund.

We will cheerfully process your refund within two business days!

Accounts purchased through iTunes are only refunded under Apple’s terms of service. To learn more on how to obtain a refund through iTunes, click  here
