Do I need to wear headphones when using Focus@Will?

You don't absolutely need headphones for Focus@Will to be effective as a productivity enhancing service.

However we do recommend that you wear headphones or use decent quality outboard speakers.  In noisy environments, using Focus@Will with a set of noise canceling headphones creates an experience like no other.

Whatever you do, try not to use the built in speakers in your laptop as the audio fidelity is quite lacking and you won't get the full effect of our service.
