What are Isochronic Tones?

An isochronic tone is a regular beat of a single tone that is often used in combination with binaural beats in the process of Brainwave entrainment. At it’s simplest level, isochronic tone is a tone that is being turned on and off rapidly. They can create sharp, distinctive pulses of sound, or low, humming sounds.
